Massive home game to end 2014

Frozen ground all over Scotland resulted in all senior fixtures being postponed last weekend. Our trip to Myreside to take on Watsonians has been rescheduled for the 3rd of January

This Saturday we welcome Stew Mel to Fullarton for the first time. Our very first game in 2014 was a friendly up at Inverleith back in January.

In the previous league encounter in September we travelled to Inverleith with both Ali Hazel and Tommy Gaunt making their 1st XV debuts. Leading the game 13-20 after 60 minutes, Stew Mel scored late tries to win 34-20. A very slick outfit led by former ITM Cup & Bay of Plenty playmaker Nick McCashin, Marr will have to be on top form to get a result against the side currently 3rd in the league

It will be a 2pm kick off at Fullarton

To team news and Stuart Howie returns to the wing and Andrew Mill is back in the squad after recovering from injury. The rest of the squad remains unchanged.

Phil Siave (injury) Scott Nimmo (work) Aaron Rankin (work) Johnny McClung (work) & Angus Johnston (injury) are all unavailable for selection.

1. William Farquhar
2. Stephen Adair (C)
3. Fraser Ferguson
4. Dylan Rowe
5. Kris Kirk
6. Kyle Vallance
7. Paul Burke
8. Fraser Grant
9. Grant Baird
10. Gregor Ness
11. Andrew Gault
12. Colin Sturgeon
13. Scott Bickerstaff
14. Stuart Howie
15. Rory McGee

16. Matthew Skeoch
17. Ollie Rossi
18. Callum Craig
19. Andrew Mill
20. Ali Walker

The 2nds, 3rds & school teams are all finished for Christmas. The 2nds sit top and the 3rds currently sit second in their respective leagues.

Hope to see a big crowd down at Fullarton this Saturday. A win would give us much needed breathing space from the relegation zone, a defeat would send us back down into the mix. Let's get behind the boys and finish 2014 on a high!
