Marr S2 v QVS

QVS started the match strong pushing and holding us down into our 22 with a very direct pick and go style of play but our defence was up to it and broke out down the right wing for an 80 mtr score. The match was very competitive at the breakdowns with both teams capable of turning possession over. QVS were playing a very tight game with the ball being repeatedly punched up but this tactic was easily combated by solid tackling. With our forwards working hard and securing more of the ball it was put to good work by the backs. In open play our strong running and support play resulted in some good team scores. This was another excellent team performance with all players playing their part and the coaches happy with the effort put in by all.
