There will be a Special General Meeting of Members of Marr RFC on Thursday 8th May 2025 at 1900 at the Fullarton clubhouse. The meeting will be for full members of Marr RFC. Please note that this, per the club constitution, excludes paid employees of the club.

As you may be aware, there has been work carried out in order to restructure the Management and Organisation of the club.
With that in mind, the SGM will have two agenda items.
1. Adoption of revised management structure.
2. Election of Charity Trustees / Board members. Most of the Trustees will be expected to have managerial responsibilities within the club.

There have already been members who have come forward to volunteer to positions within the new structure, but more members are required to assist. Such volunteers for Trustee positions, or positions within the new structure, should contact marrvolunteers@gmail.com by 22 April.
