Marr Rugby supporters know that the ideal warm up for a 1st XV game is to enjoy the great food, refreshments, company, and entertainment provided at a Supporters’ pre match lunch.

With the Hawks match now rescheduled to 28 January giving us an extra game in January, we have two ideal opportunities for Marr supporters to banish the winter blues and get out for a great day at Fullarton; as part of the Purple and Gold army, or as a visitor from the Borders or West End, or simply a rugby fanatic.

Starting two and a half hours before kick-off the 23rd player can get ready to deliver a big performance supporting the 1st XV on the pitch.

With food provided by our star rated catering partner, Michael O’Neill at the The-Ghillie-Dhu-Ayr and Michael O’Neill Mobile Scullery, fine wines and classic entertainment from our resident team - who are Marr’s equivalent of Butlin’s Redcoats - this will be the perfect way to start your rugby Saturday.

Lunch is a two-courses followed by cheeseboard, table wine and free match entry for non-members.
