Marr College Head Teacher, Mr Docherty hosted a whole School Rugby Assembly in late February to highlight the phenomenal Conference Season had by our School sides. He welcomed Scottish Rugby Regional Manager, Stewart Milne to the College for a special presentation of the Conference trophy.

This was a great opportunity to get every player involved in Rugby at Marr College together to celebrate the collective success of our programme. A lot of hard work has been put in by players, coaches and staff to make this win possible and it was great to have the opportunity to highlight this to everyone involved.

Their success, in not just achieving this conference win, but in offering regular rugby to over 200 male & female pupils, is testament to the fantastic partnership between Marr College and Marr RFC.

The offering of rugby within the college environment, that allows pupils to achieve representative success as well as simply enjoying their time with friends in rugby, is a wonderful example of an inclusive environment that truly caters for all.
