With steelwork now complete we have moved on to starting to see more visible signs of progress. The initial work to form the new roof and timber work for new internal and external walls is well underway. By the end of next week we should see these aspects completed and then the focus shift to the brickwork and the start of the internal fit out.

Early next week we are expecting an updated programme for the remaining works. So far, mainly due to poor weather conditions and a slight delay in delivery of the steelwork we are about two weeks behind schedule for completion. The builders hope to pull back some of this time but realistically we are now looking at handover being sometime during the week commencing 14 September.
