Marr Rugby's first outing of the new year saw the 1s perform below par and be outplayed by a very impressive Watsonians side that has improved greatly since the clubs met earlier in the season. They defended well and were always alert and alive to attacking opportunities that presented.

Meanwhile across the city the 2s retained top spot with a bonus point win.

Finally the 3s had to make do with another training session as the Bear-yard was deemed unplayable. This match - along with several other now need to be rescheduled and with the backlog it may be some time before the 3s season is complete.
