The BIG games coming thick and fast!

Marr face yet another tough challenge, in this highly competitive league, when they face Musselburgh, this time away from home.

The first match between Marr and Musselburgh resulted in a bonus point win for Marr 36 points to 18, however that was at Fullarton and we are well aware that Musselburgh at home will bring a more significant challenge.

Musselburgh this year really have been the surprise package of the league and are easily the most improved team in National League 1. They currently sit in third position only five points behind Marr. With only 5 points separating the top five teams, Marr’s coaching staff will be well aware of the challenge ahead.

Craig Redpath will be happy that he only has to make one change to the starting XV against Jed, with Kris Kirk dropping out through injury, to be replaced by Ross Miller, who will take his place in the boiler room at number 5 and with Dan Law coming in for his first actual start in over three months, in at the back row.

In the backs Jack Scott keeps his place, after another strong performance last week, while Scott Bickerstaff continues his world travels playing representative rugby [this week he is in Barbados!].

The Marr bench also looks powerful with players that can make a real impact when they enter the fray.

Marr will also be looking for its usual strong away support to cheer on the boys! Please remember to always be positive and always respect the opposing team and of course the match officials.
