On Saturday the 19th of November the Marr P4’s were invited to play an invitation match versus their GHK equivalent. This was the pre match event prior to GHK v Marr Seniors in a top of the league clash. The Marr P4’s had a competitive match and gave a good account of themselves against a strong GHK side. The sense of occasion got the better of Neil (P4 coach) who forgot to keep the score, but senses a draw was the correct result. All in all a good initiative for both clubs, and hopefully we will now have GHK visiting Marr for a match in January 2012.
