Ideas to maximise match day income?

We must be one of best supported 'lower' league teams in the country with the touchlines very busy on league and cup days. However the vast majority seem to disappear after the game and never enter the clubhouse.

Jim Caldwell does a great job selling programmes but what can we do to increase our income from those who do not go and have a drink in the clubhouse afterwards?

Idea's

1) Sponsor of match ball (give credit in programme)
2) Sponsor of player meals (give credit in programme)
3) Sponsor of match (give credit in programme)
4) Bring the drinks to the punters
5) Sell pies
6) Adopt patrons for the club, key business men.

Thank Neil,

These are some of the things we have discussed and may take forward. Personally, I would like to see pies, crisps and drinks brought to the punters on the touchline. We need volunteers for this and they are short on the ground as everyone wants to watch the game. We'll try again.I think if you can get some of the punters to have at least one drink on the touchline then perhaps that gives them a taste for having another one in the clubhouse.

As regards the sponsorships we usually get match ball sponsors and the odd match sponsor so we have that in hand.

Sweeps, first try scorer etc....
Nearest score predictions
£1 entry or so.

Although all require legwork...

what about a donations box at the door (well the church get away with it!)...

also...we must do whatever is neceesaary, at ALL COSTS, to ensure that we maintain a fully stocked bar, this is the first thing that'll keep punters away from it.
