13:07:03 | Rugby Clubs are changing. The methods needed to run successful rugby and sports clubs are in need of change and the structures and roles behind these methods need to be such that the methods can be effectively implemented.
What are your suggestions as regards a successful and dynamic Marr Rugby management structure? Please put your ideas forward as we will be looking to create a new management team in time for the end of tis season so that they can start planning fr next. |

16:44:48 | Agree. We need to put a new management structure in place before end March so that it can be ratified via the AGM in May and all sponsors contacted by end May in time for the new season. Tom Irvine and Ian Barrie have done a great job this year with limited resources and support and if these two decide to do it again then they need support from at least two - three other people in order to have a decent sponsorship team. I will be proposing a new management structure by the end of January and I would hope that people will be come forward to take on positions. Names will gratefully be accepted via this forum.
